SoutholdVOICE Inc. is a not-for-profit organization of waterfront property owners and others interested in the use, enjoyment and preservation of Southold Township's extensive waterfront from Laurel to Orient Point. The organization promotes awareness of issues affecting shoreline and marine resources to further cooperation between responsible use, regulatory protection, and the rights of riparian owners for the ultimate benefit of our community.

The following article appeared in the February 14th edition of the Suffolk Times as a “Guest Spot” Having attended two recent Southold Town government meetings – one for changes to a town code and the other regarding the Natural Resources chapter of the Towns in-development Comprehensive Plan, I observed pointless division of opinion and misconceptions [...] In April 2010, we published an article submitted by Dianne Castaldi about active property rights legal cases across the U.S. This follow up article is about a case that’s now gone as far as the U.S. Supreme Court.
